Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

We want you to absolutely love your items. If you do need to make a return, please read all policies before you return your item.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, smoke-free with original tags attached
• Merchandise must be returned or postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item. If the item was local pick up, it must be returned within 14 days from the date the order was fulfilled.
• All eligible returns are for store credit only, no refunds
• Items not eligible for returns are jewelry, sunglasses, and sale/clearance items. These are FINAL SALE
• Customers must print, fill out, and include a return form in their package
• Original shipping fees are non refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Defective Item: Email us at shopgraciejeanboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving item. Please include photos, full name and order number with your request. Once your return is received and inspected we will reach out to you.
