What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Eligible returns must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Be returned or postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item. For local pickup orders, items must be returned within 14 days of order fulfillment.
  • Include a completed return form.

Returns are for store credit only. Certain items, including jewelry, sunglasses, and sale/clearance items, are final sale and not eligible for returns.

How do I return an item?

  • Fill out the return form and include it with your package.
  • Ship the item to us at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit.

What should I do if my item is defective?
If you receive a defective item, please email us at shopgraciejeanboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it. Include photos, your full name, and your order number.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Pre-orders and restocks may have different shipping times, as noted in the product description.

Do you offer free local pickup?
Yes! Simply select the local pickup option at checkout. You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready, along with the pickup address.
